The Heyfield Hospital includes nine acute and sub-acute beds, as well as the 51 bed aged care facility Laurina Lodge.

The Hospital and associated facilities provides Heyfield with a complete range of health facilities.

Maffra Campus provides a variety of services to the Maffra and district community. The facility includes 9 acute/sub-acute care beds and 30 high care residential aged care places.

Services offered are inpatient medical care including palliative care and short stay treatments. Midwifery patients can receive post natal care in Maffra. Community health offers programs such as Stage 3 Cardiac rehabilitation, walking and exercise groups and carers group.

Outpatient services are Maternal & Child Health, Dietician, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Podiatry and Drug and Alcohol counseling. Diabetes and Asthma education are also available.

Stretton Park

Stretton Park is a 42-bed low care hostel, managed by Central Gippsland Health Service under agreement with the Stretton Park Board of Management.

It also includes a number of independent living units known as Stretton Close (pictured left), which is adjacent to the hostel.

Rosedale Community Health Centre

The Rosedale Community Health Centre is located in the new Rosedale Multipurpose Community Centre in Cansick Street.

It is open 9am until 4pm Monday to Friday. It provides many and varied services to the people of Rosedale and District.

The Sale Campus is the largest campus in the network. It has a total of 62 acute beds, Accident and Emergency Department, Theatre facilities, Critical Care Unit and Level Two Neo-Natal Nursery and Maternity facilities.

The Division of Community Care administration offices are located here, as is the Wilson Lodge Nursing Home and the Central Gippsland Health Service Community Rehabilitation Centre.
