Permanent Part-Time Position – 32 hours per fortnight (0.42 EFT)


We are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Registered Nurse to provide a single contact point for general practice, health professionals, service providers and consumers to access the Bass Coast Health Community Nursing Program.


To be considered for this role you will require:

  • Current Registered Nurse registration with Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA) with at least three (3) years community nursing experience and strong clinical skills
  • Current Victorian Drivers Licence
  • Previous leadership role and/or qualifications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong person-centred care
  • Excellent organisational, computer and administrative skills including the ability to deal with multiple demands and timelines
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, conflict resolution and solution oriented problem solving skills
  • Proven ability to work both autonomously and part as of a diverse team
